PRICING

As you may understand, there is a lot of detail on a web site and while we are very careful to make sure the information on the site is up to date and correct, mistakes do happen. If you order an item and we have the wrong price or description shown, we will call you or send you an email explaining the problem before we process your credit card. You will then have a choice of either proceeding with the order, based on the new information, or cancelling the order. We make it clear that, if a genuine error has been made with the pricing on an item or the description, we will not ship to you or charge you without your approval of any alterations.
At all times and in all things, The Golf Works makes it very clear that, if an incorrect price for an item is shown on the web site, it shall not be necessarily bound to supply the item at the incorrect price.
If a purchaser suspects an incorrect price is displayed on the web site and wishes to double check the price before ordering, the purchaser may ring the toll free number and have the offer and price confirmed before deciding to order. The act of lodging an order on the web site does not automatically guarantee supply of the goods at the web price, if a mistaken price is shown on the web site.

Product Descriptions

At all times, the Golf Works makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions for items on the web site. However, mistakes and omissions can occur in product descriptions and it is recommended that, if the description of an item is critical in the purchasing decision, the purchaser telephones The Golf Works on the toll free number to confirm the details.
Alternatively, the purchaser is welcome to email The Golf Works seeking further information or confirmation of the items description before purchasing. If The Golf Works responds to such a supplementary request, and only if the response is in writing, The Golf Works will take full responsibility for the accuracy of the description and will refund the cost of the goods in full if the delivered items do not match the confirmed supplementary description.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Use derogates from The Golf Works right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Web Site or information provided to or gathered by The Golf Works with respect to that use.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Buyers are advised that goods shipped are entirely at the Buyer’s risk from the time the goods leave The Golf Works Woolloongabba shop.
The only exception shall be when The Golf Works, under instructions from the buyer and at the buyer’s expense, has shipped the goods via Registered Post. When Registered Post has been used as the transport method, The Golf Works takes full responsibility for the safe and complete delivery of the goods.
Under all other circumstances, The Golf Works and its shipping contractors take no responsibility for goods lost in transit, goods delivered late or goods damaged in transit.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange insurance to cover goods in transit if such insurance is so required.
The Golf Works will not ship products using a buyer’s transport company unless The Golf Works is provided with Pre Paid shipping labels to fully cover the cost of the transport to the nominated delivery address.
The Golf Works shall be responsible for making sure the correct goods are actually contained in the delivery and shall be responsible for the cost of rectifying actual packing errors.
