The Golf Works Warranty
Effective 1st July 2011
All Golf Works products carry a 12 month warranty from new provided the item was purchased from a Drummond Golf shop in Australia.>
As a general rule, all Golf Works warranty claims must be handled via a Drummond Golf shop.
Unless exceptional circumstances apply, the Golf Works DOES NOT accept warranty work direct from consumers. If you are a consumer with a warranty issue on a brand of product handled by The Golf Works, your first point of contact should be your nearest Drummond Golf shop. If that is not possible, please contact us direct on 03 9587 3104 to discuss.
Warranty Information for Drummond Golf Shops
The Golf Works has a unique and fast paced warranty handling arrangement in place with Drummond Golf shops in Australia. The program allows the shop owner to assess a claim on the spot and to provide to the consumer a rapid and definitive answer in the vast majority of cases.
If you are a Drummond Golf team member and have a warranty claim to deal with, and you are unsure of what to do, simply phone one of our friendly Customer Service team members on 03 9587 3104 and we will guide you through the process.
Please note that any credited items must be retained in the shop for collection by a Golf Works team member at a later date. If a previously credited item is unavailable for subsequent collection, and no satisfactory explanation is available, Golf Works may re-invoice the item.
